We will also focus on how to build and keep Trust to allow you to get more effective results with less hassles and stress.

Dick Cochran is a People Skills Expert that develops higher performing teams by creating more effective individuals .In 1994 he founded COMStar; a Training Company that helps teams and individuals on a world-wide basis become more effective.

The skills in his book It Needs To Be Done: How to get others to do it with less hassle and stress; have been thoroughly tested over the years through Dick’s work with individual businesses and organizations.

He developed the Dynamic Influencing Model© which shows how to use the six tried and true skills needed to be successful in the team environment, either as a team member or team leader.

As a member of  PMI (The Project Management Institute) Dick has been actively engaged in bringing his People Skills to Project Management Professionals.
