Agile software development is mainstream and large corporations are moving away from traditional project management. We are seeing a challenge in getting corporate leaders understand and accept this new world that looks less orderly and more chaotic.
Steve Wille is working with companies in the midst of agile initiatives to overcome this challenge and is doing independent research to predict who will thrive in the agile environment and who will struggle. There are strong implications for organizations that want to succeed in achieving greater flexibility and innovation, but are being held back by traditional thinking.

Steve Wille is a long-time member of SIM and has had many corporate IT management positions, focusing on software development and application support. He is currently doing training and consulting to help organizations get greater value from the way they organize and manage software development.
