Without well thought out and orchestrated changes to culture, incentives, processes and management, DevOps initiatives are doomed to failure. We’ll review some of the more common friction points that organizations encounter, and some strategies for avoiding them.
Quentin Hartman, Director Of Infrastructure and DevOps at Finalze
Quentin Hartman has been working in various aspects of systems and network administration and management for nearly 20 years across a wide variety of industries and organization types and sizes. He’s been formally practicing DevOps since 2012, when he joined Direwolf Digital as their Operations Lead. In 2016 he joined the Trace3 DevOps practice where he became the Chief DevOps Architect and worked with several Fortune 500 companies undertaking their own DevOps initiatives. Currently, he is filling the role of Director of Infrastructure & DevOps with Finalze, a local Denver based startup.
